You’ll Need: 

1.5 cup of rice
2 cm turmeric
2 candlenuts
2 cloves of garlic
4 red onion cloves
4 sticks of lemongrass
2 cloves
2 bay leaves
1100 ml thick coconut milk
enough water

How to Make:

1. Blend turmeric, candlenut, red onion, and garlic. Then stir-fry until fragrant, add cooked thick coconut milk to boil.

2. Put seasoning coconut milk in rice. Strain to take water without pulp. Add lemongrass, cloves and bay leaves, mix well

3. Add water until it reaches the fingertips of the surface of the rice. Cook until the water slices. Don't forget to stir it so it doesn't crust at the bottom

4. Steam for about 15 minutes or until cooked. Print with cone molds
