SAUCE

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced 
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil 
  • ⅓ container diminished sodium soy sauce (80 mL) 
  • 1 tablespoon dark colored sugar 
  • 1 container chicken juices (240 mL) 
  • ¼ container flour (30 g)
