  • 1/3 Container Nectar 
  • 1/3 Container Apple Juice Vinegar 


For the Tomatillo Farm Dressing: 

  • 3/4 Container Buttermilk 
  • 3/4 Container Mayo 
  • 2 Little Tomatillos (quartered) 
  • 1 Clove Garlic 
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lime 
  • 1/4 Container Cilantro 
  • 1/2 Tbl Dill, new (pressed) 
  • 2 Tbl Parsley, new (pressed) 
  • 1/2 tsp Genuine Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder 
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Mustard 


For the Plate of mixed greens: 

  • 8 Substantial Tortillas (for the Spotless Eating diet utilize entire wheat, spelt or einkorn) (for the sans gluten diet, use sans gluten, corn or preclude)
