You'll Need:

  1. 2 lbs. crisp wild-got cod 
  2. 2 tbsp. olive oil 
  3. 1/4 tsp. salt 
  4. 1/4 tsp. pepper 
  5. 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 
  6. For the Cooked Pepper Glue: 
  7. 6 oz. cooked peppers without fluid 
  8. 2 oz. Parmesan 
  9. 2 garlic cloves minced 
  10. 1 tbsp. lemon juice 
  11. 1 tbsp. olive oil 
  12. bunch of crisp parsley 
  13. 1/8 red pepper pieces 
  14. For the Breadcrumbs: 
  15. 4 oz. stale bread 
  16. 3 anchovy filets 
  17. 1 garlic clove minced 
  18. a spot of dark pepper

How to Make:

  1. Preheat the broiler to 375º F. 
  2. Season the fish. Pour the olive oil onto a non-stick heating plate. Sprinkle it with salt, pepper, and oregano. Spot the fish fillet(s) to finish everything, and delicately rub it into these seasonings. Flip the fish and put aside. 
  3. Make the Simmered Pepper Glue. Spot the majority of the glue fixings into a sustenance processor and heartbeat until genuinely smooth.
