You'll Need:

  1. 1 (400g) can chickpeas, depleted and washed. Or on the other hand you can utilize 240g cooked chickpeas 
  2. 1/4 container protein powder – I utilized a veggie lover vanilla protein powder 
  3. 1/4 container almond spread 
  4. 1/4 container maple syrup 
  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla glue or 1 tsp vanilla concentrate 

How to Make:

  1. Mix every one of the fixings together in the nourishment processor until smooth. 
  2. Press the blend into a portion tin (I utilized a 22×12 cm portion tin).
