You’ll Need:

  1. 12 white mushrooms (additional expansive) 
  2. 5 tablespoons olive oil isolated 
  3. 2 1/2 tablespoons Marsala wine or medium sherry 
  4. 1/2 pound sweet Italian frankfurter expelled from the housings 
  5. 6 scallions white and green parts, minced 
  6. 2 garlic cloves minced 
  7. 2/3 glass panko scraps 
  8. 5 ounces cream cheddar 
  9. 1/3 glass ground Parmesan 
  10. 2 1/2 tablespoons minced crisp parsley leaves 
  11. Salt and naturally ground dark pepper 

How to Make:

  1. Preheat the broiler to 350 degrees F. 
  2. Expel the stems from the mushrooms and slash the stems finely. Put aside. 
  3. Spot the empty mushroom tops in a shallow bowl and hurl with 3 tablespoons of the olive oil and Marsala. Put aside.
