Fixings 

  • 1 tbsp. additional virgin olive oil 
  • 1 onion, hacked 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 5 c. low-sodium chicken soup 
  • 1 c. masa harina 
  • 1 c. enchilada sauce 
  • 16 oz. Velveeta, cut into 3D squares 
  • 2 c. destroyed chicken 
  • 1 tsp. stew powder 
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin 
  • Legitimate salt 
  • Newly ground dark pepper 
  • 1 c. destroyed Monterey jack, for trimming 
  • 1 c. destroyed cheddar, for trimming 
  • Smashed tortilla chips, for trimming 

Bearings 

  1. In an extensive pot over medium warmth, heat oil. Include onion and cook until delicate, 5 minutes, at that point include garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add soup and heat to the point of boiling. 
  2. Then, in medium bowl, whisk together 2 containers water and masa harina until smooth. Add to pot, whisking always until no knots remain. Include enchilada sauce and Velveeta and cook, blending regularly, until liquefied. Mix in chicken, bean stew powder, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
